Originally from the west coast of Canada, I received my training and Masters of Science in Marriage & Family Therapy from Northwestern University where I eventually became a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and have loved working with various types of clients and demographics.

I work with individuals and couples to strengthen relationships, navigate life transitions, and build greater confidence in themselves and their decisions. My work is especially focused on professionals, interracial and intercultural partnerships, and individuals exploring the intersection of culture, identity, and relationships.

Growing up in a biracial, bicultural, and multi-faith family, I understand that our experiences, relationships, and identities shape how we see ourselves and connect with others.

In my free time, you can find me hiking, trying new coffee shops or exploring all that North Vancouver has to offer with my husband!
