Originally from the west coast of Canada, I received my training and Masters of Science in Marriage & Family Therapy from Northwestern University where I then became a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist through my training and specialization in systemic therapy and my work with couples & families. Moving back to British Columbia I also obtained my RCC designation where I practice as a Registered Clinical Counsellor.

I work with individuals, couples and families to strengthen relationships, navigate life transitions, and build greater confidence in themselves and their decisions. My work is especially focused on professionals, interracial and intercultural partnerships, and individuals exploring the intersection of culture, identity, and relationships.

Growing up in a biracial, bicultural, and multi-faith family, I understand that our experiences, relationships, and identities shape how we see ourselves and connect with others.

My practice is based out of North Vancouver, British Columbia, but I also work with clients across Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Yukon, NWT, Nunavut, and as well as Illinois.

In my free time, I’m probably finding a new trail to hike, at a spin class, walking along the waterfront, or trying new coffee shops with my husband!
